Innovation and protection in the service of art, for a gallery that looks to the future while preserving its history.
Eleven years after the 2012 earthquake that struck Emilia, on November 25 the Civic Art Gallery of Cento “il Guercino” reopened its doors. Arterìa Safe Tech was specifically responsible for supplying the display cases and exhibition vitrines. These included a conservation-grade case with passive climate control for the work by Bagnacavallo, two drawer units for storing loose sheets, and two vitrines for archaeological artifacts. Additionally, a wall-mounted bracket was installed to support two stone objects. All structures were made of metal with epoxy powder coating and neutral materials suitable for the long-term conservation of the displayed items.
